Richard is a sparrow raised by a family of storks. When the migration day comes, his parents believe that the flight on such a long distance is too difficult for a little bird. But Richard wants to prove that he is as strong as other storks and embarks on the journey alone. On his way he meets a parrot and an eccentric owl.
