Родилась 30 августа 1943 года. Дочь актёра Петра Алейникова (1914-1965).
Окончила Всесоюзный государственный институт кинематографии.
Активно снималась в кино в 60-е - 70-е годы, играя в основном небольшие роли. В 1974 году она снялась в документально-игровой киномонографии о своем отце "Пётр Мартынович и годы большой жизни".
В настоящее время не снимается. Живёт в США.
