Заслуженный художник РФ (2001).
Окончил художественный факультет ВГИКа (1968).
С 1968 — художник-постановщик (дебют — «Один шанс из тысячи», Одесская киностудия).
Работает в кино (к/ст «Мосфильм») и на телевидении (ТО «Экран»).
