Родился 15 декабря 1958 года.
В 1980 году окончил Театральное училище им. Щепкина (курс профессора В.И.Коршунова).
Играл в Ленинградском театре им. Ленинского комсомола (1980-85), в Творческих мастерских СТД, Ленинградском Театре Сатиры (1988-92), театре "Атриум" (Чикаго, США, 1999-2002).
С 2003 года - актер Санкт-Петербургского Театра на Литейном.
Озвучивает мультсериал "Смешарики" (Бараш).
