Родилась в Минске 2 марта 1976 года.С шести лет снималась в кино. Играла в ТЮЗе. Окончила журфак БГУ, была ведущей музыкальных программ на БТ («Столичный хит», «Дневники «Славянского базара»), автором и редактором цикла «Воскресный вечер с Валерием Дайнеко».
Трагически погибла 17 декабря 2000 года в Минске.
