Башар Рахаль родился в Дубае , ОАЭ , сын ливанского отца Маунзер Рахал и болгарский мать Мариана Рахал.
Семья переехала из ОАЭ в Болгарию, когда Башар было всего шесть лет. Он первый начал сниматься в телевизионных очерках, когда ему было 12. В возрасте 13 лет он стал членом «Слезы и Смеха» — профессиональный театр группы, с которой он принимал участие в более чем 15 спектаклей.
