Свою карьеру в кинематографе Анна начала в 2004 году с эпизодической роли в популярном американском сериале «Суп» (The Soup, 2004–2015) с Джоэл МакХэйлом. Затем Харр досталась также небольшая роль в не менее полюбившемся телезрителям сериале «Танцевальная лихорадка» (Shake It Up!, 2010–2013).

За более чем десятилетний период работы на съемочных площадках Анна Харр снялась всего в 10 малобюджетных фильмах. Наиболее успешным среди прочих стал «Дом моих кошмаров» (Bethany, 2017).
