Родился 13 апреля 1973 года в Москве в семье актёра Евгения Стеблова.Окончил Высшее театральное училище имени Б.В. Щукина (1994, мастерская В.В. Иванова). Автор и исполнитель главной роли в пьесе «Пришельцы» (московский театр «Вернисаж», 1995).
В 2010 году, спустя четыре месяца после смерти матери, ушёл в монастырь.
