Сыграл роль неприкаянного подростка-неформала Святого Джимми (St. Jimmy) в клипе Jesus of Suburbia (American Idiot/2004) группы Green Day.

В возрасте 20-ти лет стал лауреатом премии Серебряный медведь за лучшую мужскую роль на 55-м Берлинском кинофестивале за роль в фильме «Дурная привычка».
