Родился 2 марта 1975, Сеул, Южная Корея — южнокорейский актер.
Учился в Корейском национальном университете искусств и в Первой школе драмы. В 2001 году Ли дебютировал в качестве актера в мюзикле «Шоу ужасов Рокки Хоррора».
В 2009 году Ли сыграл главную роль в фильме Пака Чхан-ока «Пхаджу», за что был удостоен приза «За лучшую мужскую роль» на Международном кинофестивале в Лас-Пальмасе.
