Родилась 5 июня 1986 года в городе Лонгли, Британская Колумбия, Канада. Окончила Американскую академию драматического искусства в Лос-Анджелесе. Впервые появилась на экране в рекламе Coca-Cola. В 2007 году получила премию «Leo Awards» за лучшую женскую роль в сериале «Whistler». В 2011 году номинирована на премию «Leo Awards» за лучшую женскую роль в фильме-драме.
