Родилась 9 апреля 1961 года.
В 1983 году окончила Красноярский государственный институт искусств.
В 2016 году окончила актёрские курсы Театра-студии "Арт-Мастер", затем Останкинский институт телевидения и радиовещания (мастерская Лары Шум).
С 2016 года начала сниматься в кино и рекламе.
