Родился в 13 октября 1963 года Киеве.
Окончил Киевский государственный институт театрального искусства имени Карпенко-Карого (1988).
C 1988 года работал в Киевском Молодом театре, с 1997 года – актёр Киевского государственного академического театра драмы и комедии на левом берегу Днепра.
Младший брат актёра Станислава Боклана.Заслуженный артист Украины (19 декабря 2008 года).
