Родился 15 ноября 1975 года.Сын ленинградского актера Николая Лаврова.
В 1996 году окончил Санкт-Петербургскую государственную академию театрального искусства (курс В.В.Петрова).
С 2007 по 2011 год - актер БДТ.
В 2011 году дебютировал на сцене МХТ им. А.П.Чехова в спектакле "Мастер и Маргарита». В том же году был принят в труппу Художественного театра.
