Родился в Москве.
Около десяти лет прожил в Гётеборге (Швеция), работал на заводе "Вольво".Закончил Телевизионный колледж, работал на ТВ.
В 2001 году вернулся в Москву и поступил во ВГИК, в мастерскую режиссуры игрового кино С.А.Соловьёва и В.Д.Рубинчика.
