Спенсер Лок родилась 20 сентября 1991 года в городе Уинтер-Парк, штат Флорида.
Спенсер Лок начала свою актёрскую карьеру съёмками в сериале канала Disney «Фил из будущего». После этого было несколько мелких ролей, но в 2007 она участвовала в озвучке мультипликационного фильма «Дом-монстр», а после получила роль в фильме «Обитель зла 3». Спенсер Лок удачно играет в кино,и у нее много контрактов.
