Родилась 13 мая 1968 года в Москве, в актёрской семье.Родители артисты театра и кино: отец — Евгений Евстигнеев (1926-1992), мать — Лилия Журкина (1937-1986).Мария Селянская (Евстигнеева-Разуваева) — выпускница Школы-студии МХАТ, по окончании которой в 1987 году начала работать с Театре-студии "Современник-2", где сыграла ряд ведущих ролей в спектаклях. С 1990 года — актриса Московского театра "Современник"
