Родился 3 декабря 1970, Рим, Италия — итальянский актёр.
Окончил среднюю школу Liceo ginnasio Torquato Tasso в Риме, факультет искусств Римского университета Ла Сапиенца, на котором изучал средневековую историю, и Экспериментальный центр кинематографии в Риме. Кинодебют актёра состоялся в 2001 году в фильме «Феерия непонимания».
В 2004 году Нигро был удостоен звания Shooting Star на Берлинском кинофестивале.
