Bogdan (now a taxi driver, formerly a racing driver) decides to take the law into his own hands. It all began after Bogdan’s wife was killed in a car crash. The person responsible for the accident almost got away scot-free, so Bogdan personally ‘helped’ ensure he ended up behind bars. Police Captain Marina Yevtushenko stands alongside Bogdan in his quest for justice. Unlike Bogdan, whose methods she disapproves of, she acts strictly according to the letter of the law.
