Former secret agent Raymond Reddington had been considered the most wanted criminal for several years, and his arrest was the main task of all the country's special services. He recently appeared at FBI headquarters and surrendered on the condition that he would cooperate with only one person – intern Elizabeth Keen. He tasked her with finding and stopping international terrorist Ranco Zamani, who was planning to kidnap General Daniel Riker's daughter. Once the task was successfully completed, the man gave government agency employees his personal ‘blacklist’ of dangerous criminals, which he had been compiling for the last 20 years and could now begin to eliminate with the help of his new partner.
