Neurotic, a best-selling author, Nick, eloquently writes about love, but can not keep his girlfriend. Once he returns to his apartment in New York, and finds his fiancee with another man. Nick decides to go to his hometown to his mother, where he begins to renew the dearest relationships: with family, friends. Ironically, he meets a free-spirited bookseller, who challenges him. Nick is going to show himself to the people so they finally began to appreciate him as he is.
