The events of the film unfold in a small town near Kyiv. The central characters, Taras and Olya, after partying with friends, spend their first night in their newly purchased home. At dawn, their lives are radically transformed. They do not manage to leave the house in time, and invaders are already gathering outside. The couple finds themselves besieged in their own home — without light, water, or contact with the outside world. Over the course of five days, everything secondary disappears between them — all that remains is sincerity about themselves and the abyss of true unity between two people.
