After the death of his wife, Lucas leaves South Africa and moves to Europe with his daughter. To provide for his child, the man has to work as a bouncer in a nightclub. As a result of an incident with an insolent guest, he loses his job but almost immediately finds a similar position in a club. Later an Interpol agent forces him to spy on his boss.
