The terms of use and support change for the triolan.tv

Dear triolan.tv users!

Starting in July 2026, the terms of use and support for the triolan.tv service will change:

1. Triolan Internet and Cable TV subscribers will receive the OTT Lite plan with access to 120 popular TV channels for free.
2. The OTT Max plan will provide access to 300+ TV channels, 10000+ videos, and additional viewing features.
3. The cost of the OTT Max plan depends on the active Triolan services:
   • 150 UAH/month for Internet service subscribers. 
   • 50 UAH/month for subscribers of both Internet and Cable TV services.
4. The OTT Max plan can be purchased directly in the triolan.tv applications on Smart TVs (Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS).
5. The triolan.tv applications are available only with an active Triolan Internet service.
6. Internet, Cable TV, Smart TV, and set-top box setup issues are handled by Triolan.
7. Questions related to the triolan.tv applications, OTT Lite and OTT Max plans, TV channels, and video content are handled by the technical partner youtv.
