On a secluded island, there is a clinic for criminals who were declared insane. There they undergo rehabilitation. This place lives by its own laws and the intervention of outsiders is not welcome here. However, two police officers were sent to investigate the disappearance of one of the prisoners. On the island they will face the atmosphere of mystery and vast conspiracy, and in addition the heroes will have to survive the fury of the nature and the uprising of local patients.
