Once Hong Kong mafia brutally and ruthlessly dealt with the parents of twin brothers Chad and Alex, who were miraculously saved in the long bloody shootout. Fate has scattered brothers on opposite sides of the ocean, one grew up in California, and another one remained in Hong Kong.
