Fanfan is a young guy living in 18th-century France. He takes life easy, enjoys immediate pleasures, pretty girls and desperate pranks. His temper leads the hero to the royal army, where Fanfan, after having unraveled the complex conspiracy against the ruling dynasty, will achieve fame, recognition and love of the beautiful lady.
