In the series, the adventures of the main characters of "The Last Muscovite" continue in the Ukrainian capital: on Andriyivskyi Uzviz, Khreshchatyk, Independence Square, the Kiev railway station, as well as on the embankment of the River Station. They come to Kyiv at the insistence of the village head Vasyl Mykytyuk to extort funds allocated to the village of Velyky Vuyky for the construction of a road to the village. After all, because of a corrupt official, the right to build the road is given to the competing village of Maly Vuyky. Vasyl Mykytyuk decides to gather a delegation and go to the capital to seek justice.
