What is youtv?
youtv is a Ukrainian TV service that works on smartphones and tablets based on Android and iOS operating systems, on Smart TVs based on Android TV, Tizen OS (Samsung Smart TV), WebOS (Smart TV LG), on media players based on Android TV. You can also watch our TV on the website youtv.ua.
How to subscribe?
You can subscribe from any device that has the youtv application installed or on the youtv.ua website in the "Subscriptions" section. You must select the desired channel package and payment period. Next you need to enter your bank card details and confirm the payment. The connection of the channel package takes place immediately after payment.
How do I connect another device to an active subscription?
Just install the youtv app on any device and log in with your account that has an active subscription. Up to 10 devices can be connected to one account, with content available to watch on up to 5 of them at the same time (phones, TVs, set-top boxes, PCs).
What to do if the application does not open?
First of all, you need to turn off the device on which youtv and/or wi-fi router is installed for one minute. Check for updates to the youtv app in the app store. Make sure youtv works on other devices. If you can not fix the situation yourself, contact youtv technical support.
What to do if I forgot my password?
To recover the password you need to open the site youtv.ua and in the "Login" section select "Forgot password". Next, you need to register the e-mail address from which you register in youtv, and our system will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
Can I cancel automatic subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time in the user's personal account. At the same time you have access to free channels on a regular basis and paid channels until the end of the prepaid period.
