Events of the film take place in the future where boxing is forbidden for its inhumanity and is replaced by 2000-pound fighting robots controlled by humans. Former boxer and now a promoter working in Roboboks decides he has found a champion in a discarded, but a very capable robot. At the same time in the hero's life appears a 11-year-old boy, who turns out to be his son. And while the machine is hitting its way to the top, the father and son learn to be friends.
